Terms of Service

CynchUp is a venue connecting independent buyers and sellers of medical equipment and parts. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, regulatory compliance and export control of their listings and sales, including any FDA, CE or local requirements. CynchUp does not take title to items, is not a party to transactions, and payments arranged between parties are their own responsibility. Platform fees (commission or markup) are due as agreed at listing time. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, misrepresentation or abuse. This service is provided "as is" without warranty.
