1 · List what you have — and what you need
Create listings for equipment and parts (sale, auction or rental), or post a wanted listing for what you're hunting. Our AI assistant Anahi can set up your account, match items against the FDA device catalog, and import your whole inventory from a spreadsheet — upload it in the app or simply email it to listings@cynchup.com.
2 · Price it your way
Show a price, hide it ("request price"), add a separate wholesale tier, or run a live auction. Restrict where an item may sell — for example, used equipment offered only outside the US — and buyers in excluded regions simply won't see it.
3 · Connect directly
Buyers and sellers see each other's contact details and can close however they like. Use CynchUp's messaging, offers, invoices, PO requests and payment tracking — even when the money moves outside the platform.
Two ways the platform earns
Commission: you set the price, CynchUp takes a small percentage when it sells (default 8%).
Markup: you set your net; the platform lists it with a markup and keeps the difference. Your net is guaranteed.
