Descripción

Listing is for a set of four (4) Service Caster Series #30 stainless steel casters, two (2) swivel casters with top lock brakes & bolt on swivel locks and two (2) rigid casters, with 8" diameter by 2" wide white nylon wheel and delrin wheel bearings capable of supporting a total weight of 5,000 lbs. (1,250 lbs./caster). When searching for a reliable and durable heavy duty solution to your caster needs, consider Service Caster’s Series 30 stainless steel nylon wheel casters. The Service Caster Series #30 is ideal for medium and heavy duty material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects. The nylon wheels provide very low rolling resistance, show a high resistance to many aggressive substances and under normal operating conditions are maintenance free. Resistant to most chemical and oils, these nylon wheels will keep you safely moving forward. In contrast to the zinc plated caster, the luxuriously polished stainless steel finish resists rust and corrosion in indoor or outdoor applications where moisture is a factor. Service Caster is unsurpassed in quality, reliability, and excellent customer service. Count on us to move you forward. • These Service Caster Series #30 Nylon casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8” wheel: 9-1/2” mounting height. • Weight Capacity: 4": 800 lbs Capacity/Caster, 5": 900 lbs Capacity/Caster, 6": 1250 lbs. Capacity/Caster, and 8": 1250 lbs Capacity/Caster • Top plate measures at 4" x 4-1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB) and abolt-on swivel lock (BSL). The top lock brake (TLB) places a positive locking force against the wheel tread locking the wheel only. The bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) is field installable and converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle via a spring-loaded bolt inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway.
