Descripción

Listing is for a set of four (4) Service Caster Series #20 swivel casters, two (2) with top locking brakes, with 3" diameter by 1-1/4" wide high temp phenolic wheels capable of supporting a total weight of 1,200 lbs. (300 lbs./caster). When searching for a reliable and durable solution to your caster needs, consider Service Caster’s Series 20 sleeve bearing high temperature phenolic casters. The Service Caster Series #20 is ideal for bakery racks, light and medium duty material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects. The zinc plated finish provides durability under any condition, and the high temp phenolic wheels- quieter than comparable steel wheels- have a high resistance to impact damage, providing protection for floors in commercial and industrial settings. Sleeve bearings provide a metal sleeve inserted in a wheel to rest directly on the axle. This option is only recommended when rolling ease is less critical. This caster is ideal for use in high temperatures associated with baking, performing consistently in temperature ratings of 475°F continuous usage to 525°F intermittent usage. Not only are they resistant to water, oil, and grease, but because they are non-metallic, these wheels are spark proof, keeping you safely moving forward. Mounting options include top plate, bolt hole and standard and metric threaded stem sizes. Service Caster is unsurpassed in quality, reliability, and excellent customer service. Count on us to move you forward. • These Service Caster Series #20 High Temperature Phenolic casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 3” Wheel: 4-1/8” mounting height; 4” wheel: 5-1/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/8” mounting height • Weight Capacity: 3", 4", and 5": 300 lbs Capacity/Caster • Top plate measures at 4" x 4-1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB). The top lock brake (TLB) places a positive locking force against the wheel tread locking the wheel only.
