Capable of supporting a total weight of 4,800 lbs. (1,200 lbs. per caster). The Service Caster Series #35 is ideal for material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects. The non-marking, non-marring polyurethane tread performs especially well on hard surfaces such as concrete, tile, and wood, while the metal core wheel stands up to heavier loads with a stable and secure roll. Finely crafted with double ball bearing heat treated raceways, these versatile casters are ideal for a wide range of applications, such as dollies, platform trucks, warehouse carts and freight terminals. Or ensure a smooth and secure ride for food service carts, hotel housekeeping carts, and industrial and commercial equipment. Even drywall carts, welding carts, and wall panel carts will be ready to roll on the Series 35, keeping you moving forward. • These Service Caster Series #35 Polyurethane on Cast Iron casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” Wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8" wheel: 9-1/2" mounting height. • Weight capacity ranges from 700 lbs on the 4” caster, 1000 lbs on the 5”, 1200 lbs on the 6” and 1250 lbs. on the 8”. • Top plate measures at 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-7/16" x 4-15/16" to 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
