Descripción

Listing is for a set of four (4) Service Caster Series #KP30 casters, two (2) swivel casters with bolt on swivel locks and two (2) rigid casters, with 6" diameter by 2" wide MudderTuffer thermoplastic rubber wheel and maintenance free precision ball wheel bearings capable of supporting a total weight of 2,400 lbs. (600 lbs./caster). When searching for a reliable and durable solution to your caster needs, consider Service Caster’s Series KP30 MudderTuffer thermoplastic rubber on polyolefin core casters. The rugged tread is made of thermoplastic rubber that is resistant to water, oils, and weather providing smooth, non-marking and non-marring performance with dual sealed precision ball bearings. Featuring a Kingpinless hot forged ASTM1045 steel design that increases caster durability and integrity, the series KP30 eliminates problems associated with kingpin failure due to severe shock loading. In addition, the Kingpinless design features 3/8” diameter HRC45 steel ball bearings which absorb thrust and load in severe environments. Lastly, Service Caster’s Series KP30 casters are finely crafted with grease fittings, and 4 position notches to accept 4-position locks. These highly versatile casters are ideal for a wide range of applications, such as dollies, platform trucks, warehouse carts and freight terminals. Even drywall carts, welding carts, and wall panel carts will be ready to roll on the Series KP30, keeping you moving forward. • These Service Caster Series #KP30 MudderTuffer casters offer a 6” wheel diameter and a 7-1/2” overall mounting height. • Weight Capacity: 600 lbs. Capacity Per Caster • Top plate measures at 4" x 4-1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
