(1,250 lbs./caster). When searching for a reliable and durable heavy duty solution to your caster needs, consider Service Caster’s Series 30 316 stainless steel nylon wheel casters. The Service Caster Series #30 is ideal for medium and heavy duty material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects. The nylon wheels provide very low rolling resistance, show a high resistance to many aggressive substances and under normal operating conditions are maintenance free. Resistant to most chemical and oils, these nylon wheels will keep you safely moving forward. In contrast to the zinc plated caster, the luxuriously polished stainless steel finish resists rust and corrosion in indoor or outdoor applications where moisture is a factor. Service Caster is unsurpassed in quality, reliability, and excellent customer service. Count on us to move you forward. • These Service Caster Series #30 Nylon casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8” wheel: 9-1/2” mounting height. • Weight Capacity: 4": 800 lbs Capacity/Caster, 5": 900 lbs Capacity/Caster, 6": 1250 lbs. Capacity/Caster, and 8": 1250 lbs Capacity/Caster • Top plate measures at 4" x 4-1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB), total lock brake (TTL), or bolt-on swivel lock (BSL). The TLB locks only the wheel by applying force to the tread. The TTL locks both the wheel and swivel for a stationary position. The BSL, when inserted into one of four notches on the swivel raceway, converts a swivel caster into a rigid caster for straight-line movement at 90-degree angles.
