Count on us to move you forward. • These Service Caster Series #20 Polyolefin casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 3” Wheel: 4-1/8” mounting height; 4” wheel: 5-1/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/8” mounting height. • Weight Capacity: 3": 300 lbs Capacity/Caster; 4" and 5": 350 lbs Capacity/Caster • All casters feature a 7/16” diameter by 1-3/8” long grip ring stem. Service Caster recommends using a drill or hardware gauge, a 7/16” wrench, or our paper wrap method to ensure the grip ring stem diameter needed is 7/16”. Paper Wrap Method: take a small strip of paper and wrap it around the stem. Mark the paper with a pen where it overlaps, keep the wrap tight. Measure the strip from the start of the wrap to the mark. The top lock brake places a positive locking force against the wheel tread locking the wheel only. The total lock brake simultaneously locks the wheel and the swivel for a complete stationary position. The posi lock brake places a positive locking force against the wheel tread similar to the top lock brake, but the pedal is located above the wheel tread rather than on the side of the wheel.
