The top lock brake (TLB) places a positive locking force against the wheel tread locking the wheel only. The bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) is field installable and converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle via a spring-loaded bolt inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway.
