Capable of supporting a total weight of 2,800 lbs. (700 lbs./caster). The Service Caster Series #35 features a non-marking, non-marring polyurethane wheel. Molded as one solid piece, this wheel is free from debonding, and will not flatspot, as can occur with comparable polyurethane wheels, ensuring a smooth and solid roll over long periods of time. These versatile casters are ideal for a wide range of applications, such as dollies, platform trucks, warehouse carts and freight terminals. Or ensure a secure ride for food service carts, hotel housekeeping carts, and industrial and commercial equipment. Even drywall carts, welding carts, and wall panel carts will be ready to roll on the Series 35, keeping you moving forward. • These Service Caster Series #35 Solid Polyurethane casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” Wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8" wheel: 9-1/2" mounting height. • Weight capacity ranges from 700 lbs on the 4” caster, 1000 lbs on the 5”, 1200 lbs on the 6” and 1200 lbs. on the 8”. • Top plate measures at 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-7/16" x 4-15/16" to 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
