Description

Listing is for a set of four (4) Service Caster Series #35 swivel casters with 6" diameter by 2" wide polyolefin wheels with bolt on swivel locks capable of supporting a total weight of 2,800 lbs. (700 lbs. per caster). When searching for a reliable and durable solution to your caster needs, consider Service Caster Series 35 polyolefin wheel casters. The Service Caster Series #35 features light weight polyolefin wheels that are resistant to shock, chemicals and abrasion, and finely crafted with a bright zinc plated finish and heat-treated ball bearing raceway. These versatile casters are ideal for a wide range of applications, such as dollies, platform trucks, warehouse carts and freight terminals. Or ensure a smooth and secure ride for food service carts, hotel housekeeping carts, and industrial and commercial equipment. Even drywall carts, welding carts, and wall panel carts will be ready to roll on the Series 35, keeping you moving forward. • These Service Caster Series #35 Polyolefin casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” Wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8" wheel: 9-1/2" mounting height. • Weight capacity ranges from 500 lbs on the 4” caster, 650 lbs on the 5”, 700 lbs on the 6” and 900 lbs. on the 8”. • Top plate measures at 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-7/16" x 4-15/16" to 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
