The Service Caster Series #35 is ideal for autoclaves, bakery ovens and powder coating facilities. The zinc plated finish provides durability under any condition, and the high temp phenolic wheels- quieter than comparable steel wheels- have a high resistance to impact damage, providing protection for floors in commercial and industrial settings. This caster is ideal for use in high temperatures associated with baking, performing consistently in temperature ratings of 475°F continuous usage to 525°F intermittent usage. Not only are they resistant to water, oil, and grease, but because they are non-metallic, these wheels are spark proof, keeping you safely moving forward. • These Service Caster Series #35 High Temperature Phenolic casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” Wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8" wheel: 9-1/2" mounting height. • Weight capacity ranges from 800 lbs on the 4” caster, 1000 lbs on the 5”, 1200 lbs on the 6” and 1250 lbs. on the 8”. • Top plate measures at 4-1/2" x 6-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-7/16" x 4-15/16" to 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
