Additionally, they are resistant to water, oil, grease, and are non-metallic, providing spark proof protection. This caster is ideal for use in high temperatures associated with baking, performing consistently in temperature ratings of 475°F continuous usage to 525°F intermittent usage. Featuring a Kingpinless hot forged ASTM1045 steel design that increases caster durability and integrity, the series 92 eliminates problems associated with kingpin failure due to severe shock loading. In addition, the Kingpinless design features ½” diameter HRC45 steel ball bearings which absorb thrust and load in severe environments. Lastly, Service Caster’s Series #92 top plate casters are finely crafted with zinc plating, grease fittings, and 4 position notches to accept 4-position locks. These highly versatile casters are ideal for a wide range of applications, such as dollies, platform trucks, warehouse carts and freight terminals. Count on us to move you forward. • The Kingpinless Series 92 high temp phenolic casters come in these wheel sizes and mounting heights – 6” wheel (8” mounting height), 8” wheel (10-1/2” mounting height), 10” wheel (12-1/2” mounting height) and 12” wheel (15-1/2” mounting height). Resistant to water, oil, grease and impact damage, protecting floors, and non-metallic, providing spark proof protection. Ideal in high temps associated with baking, performing at 475°F continuous usage to 525°F intermittent usage. • Weight capacity ranges from 2000 lbs on the 6” caster, 2500 lbs on the 8”, 2900 lbs on the 10” and 3500 lbs. on the 12”. • Top plate measures at 5-1/4" x 7-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" to 4-1/8" x 6-1/8" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
