Description
Listing is for one (1) Service Caster Series #94 super heavy duty swivel caster with a 12" diameter, 5" wide green polyurethane wheel, tapered bearings and a welded on swivel lock. Supports 6000 pounds (lbs) per caster. When searching for a reliable and durable solution for super heavy duty projects, consider Service Caster’s Series 94 super heavy duty top plate polyurethane on metal wheel casters. The Service Caster Series #94 is ideal for material handling, carts and industrial equipment. The non-marking, non-marring polyurethane tread performs especially well on hard surfaces such as concrete, tile, and wood, while the metal core wheel stands up to heavier loads with a stable and secure roll. Service Caster’s Series #94 top plate casters are finely crafted of hot forged C-1045 steel with a 7” diameter machined load raceway featuring 5/8” diameter ball bearings with 1-1/4” tapered thrust bearing. These highly versatile casters are ideal for a wide range of applications, such as power drawn equipment, stamping racks, trash gondolas, material delivery trailers, and towed trailers. These casters are also widely used on aircraft ground support equipment, in automotive plants and within steel mills, keeping you moving forward. Service Caster is unsurpassed in quality, reliability, and excellent customer service. Count on us to move you forward. • Mounting Height: 15-1/2" • Weight Capacity: 6,000 lbs. • Top plate measures at 8-1/2" x 8-1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 7" x 7" and can either be bolted or welded on. • Brake options include a welded-on swivel lock (WSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle.
